Cat Bordhi

Cat Bordhi will be visiting us for classes September 24, 25, 26 & 27, this fall, 2010. Choose either a day-long class, or a weekend retreat over three nights. Students will not attend both events.

Friday, September 24- “Really Personal Footprints for Rebellious Sock Knitters”

This day long class, Cat’s newest, will take place in Grand Rapids, close to downtown at a great space on Wealthy near Diamond. Maps will be distributed to confirmed students.

Details:

Class begins at 8:30 am. It’s an early start so we have time for a special lunch and shopping time. At 11:30 we take a lunch break. Either enjoy your own sack lunch, or visit one of the many choices of restaurants nearby within walking distance. We’ll have a map and restaurant descriptions ready for you. We are breaking a little early to get a jump on the lunch crowd.

Then you’ll want to hurry back, because… when you return from lunch, you’ll enjoy a Michigan shopping experience set up just for you. Two local hand-dyers will have tables of goodies set up for you. Choose from a selection of beautiful hanks by Rita of Yarn Hollow and Sarah, the Plucky Knitter.

1:30- 4:30 Class continues.

Cat will be happy to sign your books either during lunch break, or for a few minutes after class. By 5:00, we must clear the room.

Class fee is $100. Coffee, tea, water and little snack will be provided. To sign up, download and print this PDF form. registration-for-daylong-cat-bordhi-class.pdf Follow the instructions on the form.
